An old woman died in Salyan after falling from Bhir. 74-year-old Retidevi Kami, a resident of Chatreshwari rural municipality-2 Guranse of the district, died after falling from a cliff near her house.
The information officer of District Police Office Salyan, Prini Resham Bahadur Khatri, said that an old woman staying at her daughter's house slipped and fell on the road while going to get curd and died on the spot.
According to him, the old woman had fallen into a ditch 150 meters below the road. Prani Khatri informed that the body of an old woman was found with half of her body buried by the mud brought by the rain. He said that Kami's body was brought to District Hospital Salyan on Saturday for postmortem.
