With the help of the Lumbini State Government, the responsibility of preservation and operation of 'Nuwakot Cultural Double' i.e. Open Theater will be handed over to Palpa's Tinau Rural Municipality.
Minister of Industry, Tourism and Transport Prachanda Vikram Neupane said that it has been decided to give the responsibility of protecting and operating Dabili to Tinau Rural Municipality.
The double located in Tinau rural municipality-2 was built in 2077 at a cost of 38.5 million rupees. In order to bring in tourists by promoting art, culture and historical aspects of Palpa and local level, Dobli has been built according to the plan of the state government.
