Congress Lumbini State Parliamentary Party Whip Nima Giri has resigned from the post. She submitted her resignation to party leader Dilli Bahadur Chaudhary on Monday.
On Sunday alone, she took 5 women MPs and submitted a delegation to Chaudhary to make one woman minister from the Congress in the government. She was a ministerial aspirant in the last Congress-UML coalition government.
He is proportional MP from Pyuthan. Earlier, chief whip Janmjay Timilsina also resigned. Timalsina was also prevented from becoming a minister in the end.
