The bill to amend the Lumbini State Civil Service Act, 2080 has been passed by the State Assembly. The resolution submitted by Physical Infrastructure Development Minister Bhumishwar Dhakal on behalf of Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya was passed unanimously in the state assembly meeting held on Tuesday.
Last Friday of the provincial assembly There were 5 amendments in the amendment bill submitted in the meeting. The second meeting held on Friday decided to send those amendments to the Provincial Affairs and Law Committee for discussion.
The committee chaired by Dilkumari Budha, chairperson of the committee, submitted a bill along with a report to amend the State Civil Service Act, 2080, after a quarterly discussion, in the first sitting of the State Assembly on Monday.
The Provincial Civil Servant Bill, which was submitted to the Provincial Assembly on 22nd of June 2080, was passed by the Provincial Assembly on 22nd of August. This bill was verified by the provincial head on November 21. Meanwhile, the Lumbini state government has recommended to the state chief for the end of the fourth session of the Lumbini state assembly.
Lumbini provincial government's meeting held on Monday has decided to recommend to the provincial chief for the end of the session. In the annual session of the Lumbini provincial assembly, if 35 meetings are held, the local service bill, the disaster management bill, the provincial civil service amendment bill and the fiscal year 2081 will be passed by the provincial assembly. Appropriation bill made to spend the budget of 082 has been passed.
