The current fourth session of the Lumbini State Assembly ended on Monday.
The meeting held on Monday of the Lumbini state government decided to recommend the fourth session to the state chief Krishna Bahadur Gharti for ending on Monday . According to the recommendation of the provincial government, the provincial chief Gharti has ended the current session in accordance with sub-section 2 of Article 183 of the Constitution of Nepal.
In a statement issued by the spokesperson of the office of the head of state, Dharma Aryal Belbase, it is mentioned that the session ended on Monday night.
The fourth session of the Lumbini Pradeshiya Sabha has ended with 35 meetings. From the fourth session, 6 bills including 2 annual, 1 amendment and 3 original bills have been passed. The Local Civil Service Bill, the Disaster Management Bill, the State Civil Service Amendment Bill and the Appropriation Bill for spending the budget of the financial year 2081/082 have been passed. The fourth session of the Lumbini Pradesh Assembly started on 22 Chait 2080 .
