The 31st meeting of the fourth session of the Lumbini State Assembly is being held on Friday (today) at 11 am. A bill to amend the State Civil Service Act-2080 is being submitted in the meeting. The amendment bill was passed by the cabinet meeting on Monday. The bill will be submitted by Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya.

In the same meeting, a bill with a report made to make provisions regarding provincial disaster management will also be submitted. This bill was submitted in Wednesday's meeting and sent to the Provincial Affairs and Law Committee for quarterly discussion. Dilkumari Budha, chairman of the committee, said that after discussion in the

committee, the report will be submitted for decision in today's meeting. The government is preparing to pass the bill for disaster management today. In the meeting, Chief Minister Acharya has an agenda to be submitted for decision after discussion. During the

meeting, there is a possible agenda for members of the Provincial Assembly to speak on various current issues at special times.
