Hariram Nagila, the chief administrative officer of Tansen Municipality, said that there is duplication of work and ambivalence between the three levels, and the challenge is to make the local level self-reliant and administrative autonomous by strengthening financial decentralization. Even the equalization budget is cut in the middle, limited resources, demand and aspirations are high, the need to make piecemeal plans, non-availability of materials in the municipality according to the district rate are also challenges, said Suryadarshan Pandit, Chief Administrative Officer of Rampur Municipality. "If the responsibility of the plans coming from the federal and state governments can be given to the local level, surely attention can be paid to its quality," he said.

He said that the Rampur municipality has taken forward the work of walking path, senior citizen school from the side of Kaligandaki as a model. Nisdi rural municipality chairman Mukt Bahadur Saru said that despite the promotion of ginger market and the commercialization of Amliso, there is a problem due to market uncertainty.
