2 people were arrested with drugs and Indian rupees from Krishnanagar municipality 2, passenger gate located on the border.
Police arrested 64-year-old Kalisara Punlai, a resident of Shivraj Municipality-1, Shivraj Municipality-1, Chainpur Naudihwa, with one and a half kilos of hashish and 100,000 Indian rupees. The police said that Pun was arrested when he was secretly going to India in a bag of 1 kg 446 grams of hashish.
Similarly, Deputy Superintendent of Police Hari Bahadur Wali said that Khatri, who is said to have come from Himachal, India to buy hashish with Pun, was arrested from the bus park with 100,000 Indian rupees.
The police said that both of them are being interrogated and other people may be involved in the transaction.
