1 person died in a scooter accident in Rampur of Palpa. A local 40-year-old Yam Bahadur Kharu died in a scooter accident on Monday morning in Bardale, Ward No. 10, Rampur Municipality.
According to Police Inspector Shalikram Khanal of Area Police Office, Rampur, the scooter numbered Lu 44 P 2431 driven by Kharu hit a roadside pole and overturned. Kaligandaki While going from Bardale to Ramtar under the corridor, the scooter met with an accident at 8:55 in the morning.
Kharu, who was injured in the accident, was taken to Rampur Hospital for treatment, but the doctor declared him dead.
