86 absconding defendants arrested in various cases in Kaski

The police have arrested 86 defendants who were absconding after the verdict in various cases from District Court Kaski.
Last August, 86 people including 63 men and 23 women were arrested in Kaski alone. District Police Chief Mohan Thapa informed that the arrested defendant was brought to the district jail to pay the prison sentence and the fine was collected.
According to him, the police team deployed from the district police office and subordinate police offices made arrests from different places. SP Thapa said that they were sentenced to 8 years, 10 months and 1 day imprisonment and a fine of 46 lakh 42 thousand 900 rupees.
According to the police data, there are 52 people in the highest number of check dishonor cases. Similarly, there are 9 people in the drug case, 1 person in the theft case, 1 person in the kidnapping and body hostage case, 1 person in the arms and drug case, 1 person in the citizenship and stamp signing case, and 2 people in the case of felling trees in the national forest area.
Similarly, 2 people have been arrested in the child sexual abuse case, 6 in the banking crime case, 3 in indecent behavior, 3 in the transaction, 2 in the vehicular homicide and 3 in the fraud case.
