It has taken so many years to complete the work of a single house when it is built only with stone . Gharti is building this house in memory of her mother. He has named the house 'Hira Mahal' in memory of his mother Hiradevi Gharti Chhetri.

80 years ago, Bhim Bahadur's father Dhan Bahadur married 7 wives . The eldest among them was Hira . She supported Dhan Bahadur throughout his life even after spending 6 half-years. Hira passed away in 2058 at the age of 81. Babu Dhan Bahadur passed away in 2071 at the age of 96. Bhim Bahadur said that he is going to build a diamond palace as a memorial in the memory of his mother, who was tolerant despite having six children. He has prepared to build a museum in memory of his parents in one room and the rest of the rooms will be open for use.

Dhan Bahadur has 7 siblings. In the name of their parents, they gave 1.5 million rupees support to Janata Mavi here 22 years ago. After that, according to the law of the time, the name of the school became Janatadhan . In other schools here too, the JC family has helped in the improvement of furniture, computer lab etc. .

Now Hira Mahal is being built by investing more than 160 crores. The windows in this palace are also made of stone. Even the beds and beds are carved out of stone. 24 beds have been made of small stones. Inside and outside the two-story building, those beds are decorated . Drawers, storage racks, kitchens, toilets and wash basins are also made of stone. The outside of this house built on eight ropani land is also stamped with stone. Two badminton courts are also made of stone. It is made of stone from the walls to the roof.

Bhim Bahadur's couple are the only ones investing here. The possibility of other members coming back and staying is also low . But they have invested in construction. Bhim Bahadur worked in the Indian Army. After 7 years he joined Indian Oil Corporation (IOC). Bhim Bahadur, who retired from working in India for 35 years after 28 years as IOC, was financially self-sufficient. The elder son Bhoj Bahadur is a computer engineer in Canada and the younger son Dharma Bahadur is a ship captain in Singapore.

He said that the daughters have also started to improve by reading and writing. The plan is to use this house as a guest house to decorate it regularly. "We didn't start the work thinking like that, the people who came to see it suggested to develop it as a tourist house," Bhim Bahadur said, "If regular tourists come and stay, the house will be cleaned and new experiences can be gained during their stay." The number of people who come to see it as tourists has increased. This house is being built at a distance of 2 km from the world's second highest bungee jump. The building has been built so that the tourists who come here can be taken as a homestay. "It is not a commercial building directly, but if guests want to stay, we will arrange to keep it for a minimum fee," said Jisi, "many people have started coming to take pictures and see the stone materials." The local Kaligarh has been employed in the construction of this building for 7 years. Devi Nepali, who worked as a stone cutter, said that she taught her son to be a doctor.
