'Beilibridge' in Trishuli to connect Chumkhola and Buttar

Niranjan Kumar Regmi, director of Blue Energy Limited, said that Belibridge was constructed at a cost of 16.14 million rupees. The bridge is 116 meters long. He said that it has a carrying capacity of 20 tons at a time and only one vehicle should be moved at a time. Blue Energy completed the construction of the bridge in four months. Salil Devkota, environment consultant of Super Trishuli Hydropower, said that traffic was opened in Belibridge after testing the technical load carrying capacity. With the construction of the bridge, it is expected to become easy to reach Gorkha market through Makaising, Patiswara, Namjung Ahale.

Due to the lack of a bridge, earlier, the residents of Tanglichok, Makaising and Bhumlichok of Gandaki Rural Municipality had to carry the agricultural produce produced on their dokos to the Prithviraj Road through the suspension bridge. Now transportation will be done through vehicles. Similarly, the company said that the construction of the bridge will make it easier to deliver hydropower materials to Gorkha.
