The Ambukhaireni-Muglin road will be closed for 3 and a half hours on Monday (tomorrow) morning to remove the bus that fell into the Marsyangdi river from Ainapahara, Ambukhaireni rural municipality-2 of Tanahun.

The District Administration Office, Tanahun, published a notice on Sunday and informed that the vehicles plying on this route will be completely closed from 6:30 to 10:00 on Monday. Passengers and transporters traveling through the said road have been requested to use alternative routes at that time. It is mentioned in the notice that traffic had to be stopped as large machinery equipment had to be used to remove the crashed bus.

On Friday, an Indian number plate UP 53 FT 7623 passenger bus going from Pokhara to Kathmandu fell into the Marsyangdi river and 27 people were killed. 16 people were injured in the accident.
