The 17th session of the Maoist Near Akhil (Revolutionary) has elected a 26-member district working committee under the chairmanship of Ayush Dhakal.
A new working committee was elected under the leadership of Dhakal at the convention held on Saturday in Kawasoti, East Nawalparasi. Shishir Pandey and Parash Bhattarai have been elected as vice presidents of the committee, Ganesh Tiwari as secretary and Nisa Magar as treasurer.
Chairman Dhakal informed that after 2 joint secretaries were nominated. The conference was inaugurated by Maoist leader Madhav Sapkota.
