Two people were electrocuted during aluminum work on the roof of a house under construction in Patechaur, Gorkha Municipality-6.

According to the police, 24-year-old Sunil Magar of Gorkha Municipality-9 Laxmibazar and 28-year-old Arman Khan, who lives in Bharat Ghar and works at Prince Grill Industry of Gorkha Municipality-6, were injured.

Thursday DSP Ramesh Kumar Shrestha of the District Police Office informed that they were injured when the iron rod touched the bare electric wire near the house and got electrocuted while installing the railing.

Injured Sunil Magar after normal treatment in Gorkha The old medical college of Chitwan has been referred to Bharatpur for further treatment. Arman Khan is being treated at a local health institution. The police said that the incident is being further investigated.
