Police will open a new petrol pump in front of District Police Office Kawasoti. In the name of the police, the police is about to open a pump on 22 Kattha land on the Mahendra Highway.
The state-of-the-art pump will also have an EV charging station and a coffee shop. AIG Tech Prasad Rai is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of the pump which is going to be opened on the land in front of the District Police Office on Friday morning.
The contractor who took the contract to open the pump has already started the work 2 days ago. It is said that the construction work of the pump to be opened near the District Police Office and Falful Chowk will be completed in the next 18 months.
The police claim that this pump with garden and sufficient parking capacity will be a model for Nepal. The construction of the pump has started at a cost of 108 million. The police, who are considered to be the main part of the state system, are being criticized for not doing profitable business.
