A driver died in a motorcycle accident on Monday afternoon in Bhimphedi Rural Municipality-6, Jurikhet, under the Bhimphedi-Kulekhani road. The rider behind the motorcycle was injured.

Britnarayan Yadav, a 40-year-old motorcyclist of Virgunj Metropolitan City-15 Lakshmanwa, died when his motorcycle bearing number 2-003-11 P 3474, which was coming from Kathmandu towards Hetauda, met with an accident at Jurikhet 11 Ghumti.

Deputy Superintendent of Police and Spokesperson of District Police Office Lakshmi Bhandari said that he died during treatment at Hetauda Hospital. 36-year-old Ramesh Pandey of Bara Feta Rural Municipality-7, who was riding behind the motorcycle, is being treated at Hetauda Hospital.

The speeding motorcycle fell 500 meters down the road. The police said that the motorcycle was completely damaged.
