Rajnarayan Sah, then Chairman of District Development Committee Bara, passed away on Saturday.

71-year-old Sah, a resident of Baragadhi Rural Municipality-2 Visunpurva, was living in his own house at Kalaiya Upamahanagar-4 Adalat Road for a long time. He was suffering from diabetes. His son Manoj Sah said that he died during treatment at the National Medical College in Birgunj.

He was the chairman of the district development committee during the Shahi period of 2059 and was the district chairman of the founding party of RPP for 24 consecutive years . Lately, he was a central member of Rajendra Lingden-led Rashtriya Prajatantra Party.

He repeatedly became a candidate for the member of the House of Representatives in Bara-1 from RPRPA. He has 3 sons, 1 daughter and a wife .
