Police arrested two people with drugs from Birganj on Thursday. The arrested are 25-year-old Suraj Shah Kalwar and 20-year-old Salman Ansari of Bara Jitpursimra sub-metropolitan city-7.
In the mid-day, the joint police checking team deployed from Armed Police Force Nepal and Sirsia Police Station stopped and searched people walking suspiciously on the road section of 25 Khalwatol, Birganj Metropolitan City, and found 570 tablets of Nitravet 38, a banned drug hidden in black plastic on their shoes and bodies. .
Parsa police spokesperson DSP Deepak Bharti informed that further investigation is being done on them for drug-related offences.
