Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari said that the policies adopted by the state should be based on research, facts and evidence.
In a program organized on the occasion of the 53rd anniversary of Nepal and Asian Research Center (SINAS) on Tuesday, former President Bhandari said, 'policies adopted by the state in internal matters of long-term importance for the country and bilateral, multilateral, regional and international affairs should be based on research, facts and evidence.' In the program, SINAS Executive Director Mrigendra Bahadur Karki said that the book was compiled from the 270 speeches made by Bhandari on various topics in various important forums inside and outside the country during his presidency.
