A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Salesberry, one of the largest retail chains in Nepal, and IMS Software Pvt Ltd, a leading IT solution provider.

It has been taken as an important step for both companies in the direction of strengthening the retail management sector of Nepal. This agreement was signed by Sushil Pradhanang, Chairman of Salesberry and Santosh Tamrakar, Managing Director of IMS Software Pvt.

Established in 1993 in Pokhara, Salesberry, which was initially known as Selways Department Store, is a well-known department store in Nepal. Cellways Cash and Carry Pvt. Ltd. It is operating a total of 38 stores under the Selways brand and 28 under the Salesberry brand.

The company is expanding its business by giving priority to Sellways in Pokhara and Salesberry brand in Kathmandu. By selling and distributing groceries, beauty products, kitchenware, electronics, clothing and other daily consumer items to the customers through various stores like super store, premium store and express store, along with commitment to customer service, it has become one of the best retail stores in Nepal.
