Lilaprakash Sitaula, chairman of the board of directors of the bank, officially started the business operations of the company during a ceremony on Wednesday. In the
program, the company, established as a subsidiary of the bank, expressed its belief that it would easily provide services related to share transactions. Similarly, in the program, the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Ashok Sherchan, expressed his congratulations on the establishment of another organization as a subsidiary company.
Chief Executive Officer of Prabhu Stock, Bhishma Prasad Upreti, said that he is committed to providing all services related to the purchase and sale of securities. The authorized and paid-up capital of Prabhu Stock Company is Rs 20 crore, the bank said.
