Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has assigned the responsibility of acting Vice-Chancellor of Nepal Sanskrit University to the Head of Education Prof. Dr. Bhim Prasad Khatiwada for three months.

Prime Minister and Chancellor Oli said that University Act, 2046 According to sub-section 6 of section 16, the said responsibility was given on Monday.

The resignation of Prof. Dr. Yadav Prakash Lamichhane, the vice chancellor of the university on July 27, was accepted by the Prime Minister on August 1.
