World's Weirdest: Woman with the most tattoos

Esperance Luminesca Furzina has created a new world of most tattoos by inking 99.98 percent of her body. Also, she has also set another world record by doing the most 89 body transformations.

The 36-year-old Esperance has tattooed from the palate to the foot, and has also tattooed on the gums, whites of the eyes, tongue and genitals. She has turned herself into a living living canvas by tattooing all over her body and has called her tattoos 'from darkness to beauty'. She held the first Guinness World Record on September 22, 2023, and later also held a record in body modification. Esperance said she was both honored and surprised to join the Guinness World Records family.

Previously, the record for the most body tattoos was held by Carlotte Guttenberg. She set the record in 2017 by tattooing 98.75 percent of her body. Commenting on the painful moment of getting a tattoo, Esperance says that it is a time of meditation, "It is not a very small moment of something that I will cherish for the rest of my life." Also, she says that none of her tattoos look special now.

Similarly, Esperance started body modification at the age of 21. "If something is still not as good as it should be, I will focus on how to make it better and I will start," she said, biting her tongue. 10 years ago she started a campaign to change her body shape by doing this. In which she wanted to do everything from stretching the tissues of the body to making the eyeballs and gums discolored.

She has done skin grafting in 15 places to nose, lip piercing and nipple removal. It is said that she has pierced 18 places in her genitals alone and has tattooed. "I think it's natural," Esperance adds, adding that she doesn't want to be bound by conventional beauty norms, "but my campaign has given me freedom."
