The Second Interbank Futsal Tournament will be held from October 3rd to 5th under the organization of Baluwatar Committee of Nepal Rastra Bank Employees Association. According to the organizers, 23 women's teams and 37 men's teams will participate in the competition among bank and financial institution employees of 'A', 'B', and 'C' categories.
19 commercial banks, 10 development banks and 6 financial companies will participate along with Rashtra Bank, said Prakash Pokharel, president of the employees union.
The winner for women and men will win 1 lakh and the runner-up will win 50,000 rupees and a trophy. NIC Asia in men's and Global IME Bank in women's are the former winners. The main sponsor is Prabhu Bank.
