An accused who was convicted by the District Court Doti on the charge of forced labor has been arrested after 9 years. Police on Sunday morning Dipayal Silgarhi Municipality ward no. DSP Bhimalal Bhattarai informed that 47-year-old Ram Bahadur Khadka, resident of 7 Uditola, was arrested 9 years after being found guilty by the court.

Khadka Dipayal was working as a vehicle driver in Silagadi municipality. District Court Doti found him guilty on 30th July 2072 and sentenced him to prison for 3 years. But he has been absconding since then. The police have submitted him to the District Court Doti on Sunday.
