The flood in the Mahakali river has destroyed the guide bund (dam) of the pond of the four-lane concrete bridge. The flood destroyed more than one and a half hundred meters of dam on the north side of the bridge on the side of Bhimdatta Municipality. "Even if the dam collapses, it will not affect the access road much, the flood is decreasing, efforts are being made to prevent it," said Kishore Pandey, an engineer of CFEC JV, a bridge construction company.
