Jai Prithvi Highway has been blocked due to a landslide in Chabispathivera Rural Municipality Ward No-1, Sugala. The highway, which was partially opened on Friday evening, was blocked again on Saturday. Even though landslides have started falling in some places, this highway has been blocked many times since Wednesday.
On Thursday around five o'clock in the morning, the road was blocked for the whole day due to a landslide that fell in Jalebagar on Jai Prithvi Highway.
Similarly, on Friday morning, vehicles and passengers were stranded on the roads due to landslides in many places including Jalebagar, Baluwatar, Vyagute Khola. are
As the roads are blocked every day, the passengers have to face a lot of trouble in the traffic. District Police Office Bajhang informed that although the dozers have started work to remove the landslide in Sugala, there is a problem in resuming the traffic because the landslide has not stopped.
