A woman has died due to electrocution in Baitadi. 57-year-old Janki Luhar of Dungra, Patan Municipality-6, died due to electrocution.
Khemraj Luhar, an executive member of Patan Municipality, who is also a relative of the person who died due to electrocution while hanging wet clothes to dry on the gabbin wire used for drying clothes at home on Monday said.
It is said that the blacksmith, who was seriously injured due to electric shock, died on the way while being rescued by locals and taken to Patan for treatment. It is understood that the meter box is placed in the kitchen room of the house.
