In Kailali's Gauriganga Garpalika-7 Mahulia, sisters have died after being bitten by a snake in the same house.

According to the District Police Office, Neeta Ghartimagar, 7-year-old daughter of Sthansingh Ghartimagar of Mahulia, and Kajal, 4-year-old, were bitten by a snake while they were sleeping at home on Friday night.

After being bitten by a snake, they were brought to Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadhi for treatment. Kabindrasingh Bohra, Police Spokesperson of the District Police Office, said that both sisters died during treatment at 3:30 am on Saturday.

The snake has also bitten the girl's grandmother Menuka Ghartimagar. He is being treated at Seti Provincial Hospital.
