Rapti Sonari rural municipality of Banke has handed over an ambulance to the armed police for rescuing road accidents on the east-west highway, rescuing snakebite patients, and rescuing victims of natural disasters such as wasps.
Village Chairman Tapta Bahadur Paudel handed over the ambulance No. 1 Jh 341 to Ganapati Armed Police Superintendent Kshitij Chhetri of Armed Police Force Nepal No. 42 Reserve Group.
At the same time, Ganapati Chhetri of the Armed Police Force Nepal No. 42 Reserve Group said that the ambulance handed over by the municipality to make the work of the armed police more responsible will help in the rescue operation.
