The fugitive accused, who was sentenced to imprisonment and fined by the court in banking and check dishonor case, has been arrested. 29-year-old Aman Yadav of Gulria Municipality-4 was arrested and brought to court.
DSP Tulsi Ram Aryal, Information Officer of District Police Office, Bardia, said that the High Court, Tulsipur, Bench Nepalganj, arrested Yadav, who was absconding after being imprisoned and fined in various cases of Bardia District Court, while he was hiding in his own house.
