The Lumbini State Assembly has passed a bill to regulate the formation, operation and conditions of service of local services. The 30th meeting of the fourth session of the Provincial Assembly unanimously passed the ordinance to regulate the formation, operation and service conditions of local services.

Lumbini Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya's representative Physical Infrastructure Development Minister Bhumishwar Dhakal submitted a proposal to discuss and pass the bill related to the formation of local services.
