Four people have died due to diarrhea in Narainapur. Seven people have fallen ill due to the spread of diarrhea in Gegli village of Narainapur rural municipality-3 of Banke.
Narainapur-3 ward president Ajay Mishra informed that 25-year-old Rusa Pasi and her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter Nandani Pasi, 60-year-old Shanti Pasi and 10-year-old Yusuf Ali from Jadapakhala have died.
Diarrhea has spread in Gegli, a village connected to the Indian border, according to Nagendra Kumar Sah, head of the health branch of Narainapur Rural Municipality. He said, 'A team of health workers is reaching the village and treating the patient.'
Health Office has also coordinated with Banke to control diarrhea Health workers say that diarrhea may have spread due to heat and water contamination.
