Chief Minister of Gandaki Province Surendraraj Pandey has said that there is a commitment to implement the constitution. Stating that he is committed to the qualitative improvement of the province, he said that there is a problem in working according to the target when the budget coming from the union is low.

Stating that 69 Acts and 70 Regulations have been made in the state, Chief Minister Pandey said that the state had to face many problems due to non-formulation of federal laws.
