Chief Minister of Gandaki Province Surendraraj Pandey has said that there is a commitment to implement the constitution. Stating that he is committed to the qualitative improvement of the province, he said that there is a problem in working according to the target when the budget coming from the union is low.
Stating that 69 Acts and 70 Regulations have been made in the state, Chief Minister Pandey said that the state had to face many problems due to non-formulation of federal laws.
Speaking on the occasion of Constitution Day, Gandaki State Chief Dilliraj Bhatt said that the constitution written by the people themselves is based on social justice. Stating that equitable justice has been established, he said that the foundation of the federal democratic republic has been laid in the country. He said that the constitution established a democratic republic. He was of the opinion that all the people should have equal access to the facilities provided by the state based on the basic rights guaranteed by the constitution based on
agriculture, forestry, tourism, water resources.
Speaker Krishna Prasad Dhital said that there is a need to make many laws in the state. He said that everyone should be serious about solving the problems of the province.
Former Chief Minister Khagraj Adhikari said that the government is committed to strengthening the constitution, strengthening inclusion and equality.
Hari Bahadur Chuman, the leader of the main opposition party CPN-Maoist Center Parliamentary Party, said that while the state government is celebrating the Constitution Day, this time it was forced to celebrate it with the most disappointment. He said that there is no room for hope in the current situation and said that the laws made by the province have not been implemented. He said that there is a problem in the implementation of the law. He said that there is an overnight conspiracy to overturn the constitution and warned that the people will not keep silent if they try to overturn the constitution.
