One person has died and 11 others have been injured in Burtibang, Baglung's Burtibang. 55-year-old Beg Bahadur Vick died while demolishing a house in Burtibang Bazar, Dhorpatan Municipality-1 of the district.

According to Police Inspector Pratap Paudel of the District Police Office, when the house suddenly collapsed during the reconstruction, 11 other workers including the owner of the house Vic were injured. Police Inspector Paudel informed that Vic died at Burtibang Primary Health Center during the speech. According to him, the injured are 26-year-old Shankar Panthi of Butwal sub-metropolitan city-9 of Rupandehi, 24-year-old Sugant Paudel of Kathmandu metropolitan city-10, Khadak Prasad Vick of Dhorpatan-4 of Baglung, 20-year-old Indra Rasaili, 40-year-old Kopila Chantyal, 50-year-old Shubh Budhamgar, Dhorpatan-1. 40-year-old Devisara Vick, 30-year-old Thamkumari Vick, 38-year-old Khammaya Gharti of Tamankhola Rural Municipality-1, 35-year-old Tek Bahadur Vick and 51-year-old Tekmaya Rasaili.

Police Inspector Paudel informed that all those buried in the house were rescued and taken to the health center.
