Two dead, one missing in Baglung due to flood

Baglung Municipality- 4 Bandre River, two people have died and one person is missing due to the flood that occurred on Thursday night. A motorcycle numbered DH2P 8010 and a scooter numbered DH1P 9996, which were going from Kundule to Malika, were swept away.

Police Inspector Pratap Poudel of District Police Office Baglung informed that 23-year-old Arjun Sapkota and 22-year-old Aveshik Regmi of Baglung-4 Bandre Adhaithar died when a motorcycle and a scooter were swept away. According to Police Inspector Paudel, 20-year-old Kamal Sapkota of the same village went missing in the flood. The bodies of Sapkota and Regmi were found about two hundred meters down. Police Inspector Paudel informed that the bodies were taken to Dhaulagiri Hospital Baglung for post-mortem.
