A child died in Tanahun on Thursday evening due to a leopard attack. Sundar Achami, the 11-year-old son of Jit Bahadur Achami, who lives in Bandipur rural municipality-4 Salthan, died, police said.
According to the district police office, the leopard attacked and injured the boy while he was returning home from the cowshed at 8:30 in the evening.
DSP Deepak Kumar Rai of District Police Office Tanahun has said that the injured child died in Bandipur Hospital during treatment.
