One person has died after drowning in Sange River located in Byas Municipality-5. Deputy Superintendent of Police Deepak Kumar Rai said that local 20-year-old Shishir Kumal died after drowning in Sange Khaela on Saturday afternoon.
It is said that he died when he was drowned in the Sange River, which is about 1 km away from his house, and was immediately rescued by the locals and taken to Damauli Hospital.
The police said that further investigation is being conducted in relation to the incident.
