A committee has been formed under the coordination of Dr. Prakash Khatiwada, a doctor of the same hospital, to investigate the death of a woman who came to Bharatpur Hospital for treatment of uterus.

The security committee meeting held at the Chitwan district administration office on Wednesday decided to form an all-party committee. A woman, Jakjan Kafle, who came to the hospital on Monday, died on Tuesday night. Bharatpur Hospital has also formed a committee headed by Dr. Mani Gautam to investigate the incident.

After the decision of the security committee, the committee formed under the coordination of Dr. Khatiwada will submit a report to the chief district officer within seven days. Ramesh Kafle, who is a member of the committee, said that with the formation of the committee, the relatives started the process of burying the bodies. The meeting has decided to request the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Health and Nepal Medical Council to investigate the truth. It was also decided in the meeting to proceed with the necessary action based on the report of the

investigation committee. A 39-year-old resident of Gaindakot, Bharatpur Metropolitan City-12 Munalchowk, was admitted for treatment on Monday, August 3. It was her turn for surgery on Tuesday as she had a tumor in her uterus. He was taken to the operation theater at nine o'clock on Tuesday morning. There was no big tumor. So it is not a major operation. They tried to remove a part of the uterus for biopsy by inserting a binocular without Chirfar. Therefore, when it was his turn after the big operation, medicine was given to make him unconscious around two o'clock, said Dr. Krishna Prasad Paudel, Medical Superintendent of Bharatpur Hospital.

Kafle died at 10.30 pm on Tuesday night after being put in the ICU as soon as the problem was noticed. Dr. Paudel said that this may have happened due to a sudden heart attack.
