The Indian technical team is continuing the search using magnets to find the two buses missing in the Trishuli river after the Simaltal landslide. Chief District Officer of Chitwan, Indradev Yadav, informed that the Indian team has started searching for the bus from Saturday using a 40 kg magnet.


Two passenger buses are missing in the Trishuli river after falling into a landslide on June 28 morning in Simaltal. There were 65 passengers in both the buses. Three of them are safe . 62 missing passengers along with the bus have been searched for, so far the bodies of 19 passengers have been found and their relatives have identified them.

While the Nepali security agency is involved in the search operation, 12 technicians of India's NDRF have also started the search operation since last Sunday. The Indian team, which came with four divers, has been searching with sonar before and has started searching using magnets from Saturday.

It's been 15 days since the bus search started on Saturday . However, no information about the missing bus has been found yet.
