Bahadur Singh Lama (Tamang), Chief Minister of Wagmati State Government, has launched City Scan service at Trishuli Hospital in Nuwakot.

In a program organized here on Friday on the occasion of the hospital's 60th anniversary, Chief Minister Lama expressed his belief that City Scan equipment will be very effective for the quality services of the hospital.

'Patients had to go to Kathmandu because there was no city scan service', he said, 'The hospital's service and the patients' trust in it will also increase.' He said that the provincial government will support in starting maternity services and building physical structures in the future in order to expand hospital services and provide quality health care. In the

program, Minister of Health of Wagmati Province, Kiran Thapa, praised the services provided by provincial hospitals of various districts, including Trishuli Hospital, and praised them for their effectiveness. As Trishuli Hospital is among the best in the country in terms of the service delivery evaluation of the hospital, he suggested to keep in mind the expansion of service and further improvement in quality in the future. Currently, the hospital with a capacity of 100 beds has been targeted for expansion in the future.
