Kathmandu's ring road has reached its 12th anniversary. A generation has come to an end when the ring road is being built from Koteshwar to Bashundhara. If the construction of about 28-30 kilometers of roads destroys the youth of one generation, how have we created our model of development, who will criticize? However, the government is saying that it will be built in 6 years. Why can't Chinese companies work in Nepal at that speed? Whose weakness? Chinese companies or our state institutions?
