Published in the Friday issue of Kantipur, Durga Kandel Chatkuli's article entitled 'Policy, Leadership and Morality' covers the entire world.

I studied moral education in my childhood. In his youth he saw the market of immorality everywhere. Elderly people see that the naked dance of immorality is taking place. When the leadership starts to become unethical, then remember that the society and the country go on a directionless journey. In other countries of the world, where there is moral leadership, people are happy. However, there is a drought of morality in Nepal. A country blessed with beautiful, peaceful and rich nature has become destitute due to lack of ethics. Where there is no ethics, policies and programs are mere scraps of paper. Calling someone who is not moral a leader and his actions as leadership is a mockery.
