The Supreme Court has stayed the government's decision to make national identity cards mandatory for receiving public services including social security allowances. This interim order of the Supreme Court is welcome for the consumers who are dissatisfied with the complicated process of obtaining National Identity Card.

The government made citizens suffer by making the national identity card compulsory for taking any public service. It is also hoped that the Supreme Court will decide in the public interest. The most difficult thing happened to the senior citizens when the national identity card was made compulsory. Because the government had made it mandatory for senior citizens to get social security allowances. When the government was delaying the issuance of national identity cards for other services, the pressure on the district administration office increased when senior citizens were also added. Also, the elderly suffered more.

This decision of the Supreme Court has made those citizens happy. Judge Manoj Kumar Sharma and Til Prasad Shrestha have decided in the interest of senior citizens, thanks to them. It is difficult for senior citizens to eat cooked rice in the kitchen, how difficult was it to take a photo of the national identity card after walking for hours and waiting for hours? Let's think once. The government's decision not to give old-age allowance without a national identity card caused stress to those senior citizens. From this it can be understood that whatever the government decides in haste without thinking long-term, it will have to backtrack on its own.

People are not clear about what the national identity card is for. Why does one citizen have to take citizenship and national identity card? Is citizenship no longer useful? If yes, it should be said that there is no need to make citizenship. Even now, there is a line for citizenship in administration offices. Why is the government misleading the people by showing the national identity card? Citizens of the country have citizenship, but why and for what another identity card?

Why do you need a dual identity card for your identity? There is a lot of room to doubt that the government is not weaving this trap to get a commission by printing identity cards. Instead, the citizenship itself is more organized. It is never acceptable to work for national security in many ways. How long will the government run by manipulating the people? Leaders sitting at the executive level of the state should think ahead.
