Currently, the meeting of the central committee of Nepali Congress, the oldest party in the country, is going on. It has come to be heard that discussions are being held on the proposal of the budding General Minister, whom the whole country hopes and trusts. Chief Minister Gagan Thapa's proposal is really acceptable to common citizens, activists and even self-respecting leaders. However, because of the people who have not developed enough consciousness, some leaders and activists who see their future secure in slavery and servitude, that proposal has been brought into controversy. There is only selfishness hidden in it, they do not believe in themselves.

Climbing the ladder of power on one's crutches. Is it not their right to say that the well-wishers of the Congress should be able to vote for the Congress, and those who are developing leadership in the Congress should be able to test themselves by representing the Congress? Those who do not have confidence that they can win more seats alone, and who seek to rise to power in alliance with others, what should they care about the self-esteem of their leaders/workers!

Leaders who think that the stature of the Chief Minister can be lowered by creating unnecessary controversy even on such a simple and easy matter should feel ashamed even if it is a little. But that is not the case here. It seems that the proposal of another honorable General Minister is sometimes not met.

Those he targeted should be punished by the people and activists. However, it has already been said that consciousness has not been developed among all our citizens and some leaders/activists enjoy slavery and servitude, so things are going on according to the wishes of those in power. Hopefully, with the passage of time, everything will be fine.
