Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel has said that the work of institutionalizing the Dalit Upliftment and Development Authority has been progressed.
In the budget statement of the current financial year, it is said to provide vocational agricultural training for the economic empowerment of freed farmers and to integrate the structure of empowerment work to guarantee the constitutional rights of the Dalit community and establish the institutional arrangement of the Upliftment and Development Authority of the Dalit neglected and oppressed.
