Former General Minister of Congress Sitaula said that since 2046, Congress has led the communists to walk on the path of peace and democracy. He said that BP Koirala is a leader with dynamic ideas. Congress Co-General Minister Mahalakshmi Upadhyay said that the constitution of the Congress clearly recognizes BP Koirala. He said that the party has now moved forward with the ideas and ideals given by BP Koirala .

Minister of State for Forests and Environment Rupa Bishwakarma mentioned that every caste and community is represented in the constitution due to the policy of democratic socialism put forward by BP Koirala.
