The proposed ambassador for Malaysia. Netraprasad Timilsina has said that he will take the initiative for a high-level visit from Malaysia. During the hearing of the Parliamentary Hearing Committee of the Federal Parliament on Sunday, the proposed Ambassador Timilsina said that he had received information that the Minister of Home Affairs was coming to Nepal from Malaysia and said that he would initiate the visit at the level of the Prime Minister.

Timilsina said that Nepali workers working there would be benefited if the Prime Minister could visit Malaysia. He said that he prioritized initiatives for high-level visits from Malaysia. "I have heard that they are interested in a high-level visit from Malaysia, a visit at the level of the home minister," he said, "but if we can visit at the level of the prime minister, then Malaysia will be considered as a model of labor agreement in JTUJ."

Timilsina also said that we should move forward by focusing on what kind of policy to make with Malaysia.

Timilsina also said that Malaysia is now a difficult time for the Nepalese ambassador. 'I'm going to a very awkward place . I don't know- how long I can last . If you fail in the middle of here, I don't mind if you say come. I will work honestly for the nation. It will be easier if we can go under the labor policy in such matters . So the government should help,' he said.

He said that because middlemen played a role in the process of taking Nepali workers to Malaysia, the workers could not get the concession of 'free visa free ticket'.
