The secretariat meeting of Nepal Communist Party (UML) has started.
Top leaders of the party including UML President and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli are participating in the meeting.
In Thursday's meeting, the party's annual action plan and current political situation will be discussed, UML Propaganda Department Head Rajendra Gautam informed.
The meeting called for 1 pm has started almost an hour and a half late.
